Christina trained at Guildford School of Acting.

Theatre credits include: Johanna Barker in Sweeney Todd (Derby/Mercury Theatre Colchester), Kim/cover Magnolia in Show Boat (New London Theatre), Marlene Hardcastle in The Smallest Show on Earth (UK Tour), cover Laurey in Oklahoma! (UK Tour), Sharon in Finian’s Rainbow (Charing Cross Theatre) and Marilyn/Sovereign in A Christmas Carol (Birmingham Repertory Theatre).
Workshops include: Evie in Am Dram: A Musical Comedy, Cathy in The Famished Land and Susan in Steven Luke Walker’s The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
Roles while training include: Mary in Jesus Christ Superstar, Peaches in Jerry Springer the Opera, Eleanor in Footloose and Dory/cover Mary in Merrily We Roll Along.
Recordings include: The Little Prince (BBC), Paradise Lost and The In-Between.

Christina Bennington played the role of Raven in the original cast of Bat Out Of Hell The Musical, which opened in Manchester in February 2017, before going on to do runs in London and Toronto. She continued on in the role when the show returned to London at the Dominion Theatre for a longer run in 2018. The show closed on 5 January, 2019.
Christina returned to the role of Raven for the 6 week New York City Center Theater production of the show in August 2019.
