Brooklyn College professor Thomas Bullard, who holds an MFA in directing from Yale University, is a founding director of the Manhattan Theatre Club. During his tenure at MTC he received an Audelco Award for his direction of Richard Wesley’s The Last Street Play, starring Morgan Freeman, and an Obie Award for his American premiere production of Statements After an Arrest Under Immorality Act by Athol Fugard.
